Soaked dried salt cod
Tomato
Raisins
Pine Nuts
Onion

This is the recipe of the dried salt cod that is usually called in an unimaginative way "dried salt cod with raisins and pine nuts". Brown the onion and add the tomato. Reduce the sauce and add the dried salt cod, the raisins and the pine nuts which have been slightly roasted. Cook on a low flame for about 30 minutes.
