Jewish communities have always lived in different countries taking part in the social, political and cultural life. In this section we’re going to talk about these relationships, recalling historical events or describing more or less famous characters. Through reading this account, you will understand how much the Jews have contributed to the development and progress of the different cities or countries in which they have lived. More specifically, in the characters section you’ll find descriptions of both real and fictional characters, taken from novels, films or elsewhere, always with the goal of narrating the history of the Jews in parallel with the history of the countries in which they have been living.
